Robert Dugger, DMD Dr. Dugger is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University. Each year he earns extensive hours of post-doctoral study in clinical dentistry, including hands-on studies in technological advances such as digital x-rays, all-ceramic restorations, and laser dentistry. Best of all, his caring personality makes every visit pleasant for both adults and children. Dr. Dugger is an Oregon native. He lives here in West Linn with his wife, Liz, who is the former worship director for Rolling Hills Community Church. They have four children.
