Dr. Michael C. Hazel In 1975, after graduating from the University of Oregon Dental School (OHSU) ,Dr. Hazel opened his dental practice at its current location in West Linn. Dr. Hazel was raised in Lake Oswego and attended Jesuit High and the University of Oregon. Dr. Hazel resides in West Linn with his wife Lisa and sons Brett and Nick. Dr. Hazel believes in giving back to his community and can often be seen coaching youth sports. Dr. Hazel is a past president of the West Linn Chamber of Commerce and has been active in organized dentistry at the local as well as national level. Continuing to learn and advance with technology is a focus which keeps Dr. Hazel's skill and knowledge up to date.
