Dr. Arffa is a fellowship-trained rhinologist and general otolaryngologist. She is from Pittsburgh, PA, and completed her medical school training at the University of Pittsburgh. She then did her Otolaryngology residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple and completed a fellowship in Rhinology at the Sinus and Nasal Institute of Florida in St. Petersburg, FL. Dr. Arffa enjoys caring for patients with problems in the fields of otolaryngology. She is a specialty-trained sinus specialist capable of caring for patients with complicated sinus problems, such as allergic fungal sinusitis, sinus tumors, inverted papilloma, CSF leak and more. Dr. Arffa is also Inspire Sleep Apnea Treatment Certified, allowing her to implant the only FDA-approved obstructive sleep apnea treatment that works inside the body to address the root cause of sleep apnea. She is an avid traveler and frequently visits Asia, especially Japan.
