Dr. Joseph McCormick III is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon for Affinity Medical Group.Dr. McCormick III is fellowship trained in sports medicine. He has a special interest in arthroscopy of knees, shoulders, elbow and ankle, rotator cuff injuries and shoulder instability, ligament reconstruction of the knee, joint replacement of the knee and shoulder, and sports related injuries. He enjoys the field of orthopaedics and sports medicine because it allows him to help people get back to the activities they enjoy and improve their function and pain. Dr. McCormick earned his medical degree and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed a year long Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship in Minneapolis with the Minnesota Orthopedic Sports Medicine Institute (MOSMI). Dr. McCormick is originally from Green Bay and is happy to return back to Northeast Wisconsin to practice.
