Stephen Lock, M.D. practices at Surgical Clinic, PC. Dr. Lock attended Auburn University for his pre-medical education. He received his medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed his fellowship and residency at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham.Dr. Lock was awarded fellow by the American College of Surgeons, and board certified by the American Board of Surgery.Outside of patient care, Dr. Lock enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, their two children.
