Dr. Cesar Gumucio received his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his Graduate Medical Education at Barnes Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.He is a member of The American College of Surgeons, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons, and an active member of the East Metro Medical Society. He has practiced in the Newton/Rockdale area since 1991. His special interests lie in Aesthetic surgery, body contouring surgery and breast rejuvenation and reconstruction .
