Brief Intro

Dr. Bartel established the first adult cardiac catheterization laboratory and initiated cardiac rehabilitation in the area, serving as Director of the program at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. He has also been Chief of the Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Division of Cardiology, Medical Director of Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and the Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
