Ms. Russell's years in healthcare started in the Midwest volunteering with seniors. After moving to the East Coast in the 1990s due to job transfers, her family settled in the Roanoke area in 2000. Her work experience is varied having worked inpatient care, hospice, long-term care, family practice and for the past 12 years in psychiatry. Her goal is to partner and assist patients along their life's journey with its many transitions.
