As a holistic nurse practitioner and adult psychiatric & mental health nurse practitioner, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 10 years, have a passion for supporting women, children (5 -17 yrs), and families who are struggling with anxiety, mood disorder, impulsive disorder, and sleep disruption. Ms. Sarah Jirinzu successfully pursued a master’s degree in psychiatric and mental health nursing at Walden University. Ms. Jirinzu is a behavioral health & wellness practitioner at Contigo Integrated Home Care in San Antonio, TX but serves all of Texas currently. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ms. Sarah Jirinzu treats individuals who have insomnia, panic attacks, psychotic disorders, impulsive disorders, panic, anxiety, and mood disorders and offers advanced end-of-life care planning.
