Dr. Kirby Farnsworth was raised in the Southwest Desert of Southern Utah. After medical school, he headed even further south to Houston, Texas to complete his residency at Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program. His drive for building Simply Direct Health was his passion for people to have access to quality health care and, at the same time, keep it affordable. He worked in emergency rooms, urgent cares, and hospitals as a means to build SDH without being financially strapped. Now that SDH has grown, he continues to work ER and hospitalist shifts because it provides him growing opportunities as a physician to better understand patients' needs and provide continuity of care across multiple facets of healthcare (which is really fun and unique to offer in a family medicine practice).
