Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I started my healthcare career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on the ambulance. I greatly enjoy the opportunity to assist people with medical conditions. I continued my education and experience over the years as a Paramedic and then a Registered Nurse. While working in the Emergency Department, I completed by Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have also completed additional education and certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. I am honored to be a Nurse Practitioner with WellSpan Cardiology. What I want my patients to know about me:I believe that every person is unique. I look forward to the opportunity to assist each person I have the chance to meet in the hospital or office and provide individualized quality care. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:When I am not seeing patients in the office or hospital, I enjoy playing tennis, time with my family, and action movies.
