Brief Intro

Jennifer Turner is a Roanoke native who wanted to stay in her home town to provide women's healthcare to the local community. Her daily work includes annual women's examinations, STD screenings, pap smears, IUD and Nexplanon management and prenatal care. She also works as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Radford University Carilion. Prior to her work at Carilion Clinic, Mrs. Turner was a staff nurse at Lewis Gale Medical Center and Carilion Clinic. She earned her BSN from Liberty University in 2003, her MSN with a specialization in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Old Dominion University in 2009 and her DNP from the University of Alabama: Huntsville in 2019.
