Jaclynn “Jackie” Wilkerson, FNP-C, is a certified Nurse Practitioner providing care to her community at Diabetes and Endocrine Treatment Specialists (DETS), a premier Diabetes, Thyroid, and Endocrine Care Clinic focusing on Wellness, not the illness.
NPs are licensed medical professionals who conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery, and write prescriptions.
Jackie loves to partner with patients to help improve their overall health. She enjoys working in endocrinology and diabetes management because patient-provider partnerships and relationships are essential.
As a provider at DETS, Jackie will listen to you and help you work toward YOUR goals while providing information on how you can best work together to improve your overall health and quality of life.
Jaclynn is a Salt Lake City native who completed her training at Westminster College. She has always taken a comprehensive approach to care and believes that information is power. Jackie will take particular care to listen to your needs and partner with you to help you achieve optimal health.
When she isn’t working or taking care of her parents, Jackie enjoys skiing or being out in the great outdoors with her Siberian husky. She is excited to be part of the DETS team.
