Iesha Nwagwu, APRN brings over 17 years of healthcare experience in various practice settings and she has serviced patients in a wide range of healthcare settings including hospitals, critical care, rehab, assisted living, long-term care facilities, and at-home health.
Currently, as a Full Practice Authority Family Nurse Practitioner, she offers healthcare services both in the office and in the comfort and privacy of your home.
In each setting, Iesha's key goal is to provide customized care that optimizes her patient's health as a priority as she believes there is no one-size-fits-all treatment approach, a person-centered program in managing and treating various health conditions is the only way!
