As a trusted board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Fady A. Bahri, MD, FAAOS, has helped countless patients recover from sports injuries, workplace injuries, and chronic pain-causing conditions. Dr. Bahri cares for patients at Ortho One Jacksonville, a state-of-the-art orthopedic practice located in the heart of Jacksonville, Florida.
After graduating from the French Faculty of Medicine in Lebanon with his doctor of medicine degree, Dr. Bahri went through his internship and orthopedic surgery residency training. Because he excelled in his education and training, Dr. Bahri was accepted into a competitive orthopedic surgery fellowship program at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham Alabama.
During his fellowship, Dr. Bahri was guided by renowned sports medicine expert, James R. Andrews, MD. Dr. El-Bahri went on to become board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He’s also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
While Dr. Bahri can diagnose and treat a wide variety of orthopedic issues, he has special interests in acute injuries and overuse injuries among athletes. Dr. Bahri regularly cares for all levels of athletes, from weekend warriors to professional athletes
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Dr. Bahri enjoys conversing with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Patients of Dr. Bahri appreciate his dedication to them and their long-term health.
