Dr. Elliston founded Regional Allergy & Asthma Consultants in Asheville and Hendersonville. He completed his Residency and Fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Wake Forest University. He has three children, one in Pediatrics, one in Obstetrics – Gynecology, and one finishing her Doctorate in Psychology. Dr. Elliston is married to Katherine Volatile, M.D. – an Ophthalmologist who practices in Hendersonville and Brevard. Dr. Elliston enjoys volunteering with the United Way and with the Mission Healthcare Foundation. His other interests include bird watching, Frisbee, hiking, reading historical fiction and writing poetry.
