Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:It's always a good idea to choose a career that you truly enjoy. Science and the medical field always fascinated me, and the potential to do something that was intellectually challenging and beneficial to society made it an easy choice.What I want my patients to know about me:I've been a full-time OB/GYN in York since 1989, and have been the Chairman of the department at WellSpan York Hospital since 2012.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I enjoy spending time with my wife of 35 years, Ann, my two daughters, Morgan & Alix and their partners, and my granddaughter Sara. My two dachshunds also are demanding of my attention.
