Dr. William M. Newell, M.D. specializes in Interventional Treatment of Adult Spine Rehabilitation Medicine. Board certified as a Physiatrist by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Newell is also fellowship trained in X-Ray guided and Ultrasound-guided interventional, offers a wide variety of non-surgical interventional procedures for both the diagnosis and treatment of neck, back and joint pain.
Dr. Newell’s residency was with SUNY Downstate, Brooklyn, NY and his internship was with St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY. Achieving his Medical Degree at the State University of New York – Downstate Medical School, Dr. Newell is also a member of Fellowship, LAGs Spine and Sportscare in Santa Maria, CA.
Dr. Newell has also been nominated again by his peers for the honor of Top Doc 2019 in Orthopedics: Physical Medicine + Rehabilitation.
