Dr. Garner is an interventional cardiologist experienced in diagnosing and treating heart disease and other vascular disorders. His particular interests include coronary angioplasty, non-invasive endovascular treatment of peripheral vascular diseases including carotid, upper extremity, and lower extremity angioplasty.
He attended medical school at the the University of Oklahoma and completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He completed his interventional cardiology training at the Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center in Houston and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He has advanced training in coronary CT angiogram.
His hobbies outside of practicing medicine are family, golf and exercise.
