Dr. Wendell Mettman, DDS - Derby Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Wendell Mettman Dr. Mettman was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio until graduating from Xavier University with a B.S. in Natural Sciences. He graduated from Loyola University, Chicago College of Dental Surgery with his D.D.S. degree and then served four years in the U.S. Navy as a recipient the Health Professions Scholarship Program. Following his military service, Dr. Mettman entered and completed a two-year specialty residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Loyola University. Â Dr. Mettman is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association and the Wichita District Dental Society.
