Dr. Wahid Kassar, MD FACE He graduated from the University of Damascus’ school of medicine with an MD degree in 1987. He finished Internal Medicine Residency training in NY in 1993. He completed endocrinology fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation–Ohio in 1995. He holds an American Board Certification in Endocrinology / Metabolism. He served as the President of American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists–Illinois Chapter: 2019-2020 He served as a Northwestern Medicine Faculty–Consultant Endocrinologist / Advisor for the Diabetes Center / Bariatric Center and the Bone Health Clinic at Central DuPage Hospital / Northwestern Medicine, Illinois.
