Dr. Victor Salcedo heads up Inovia Vein’s location in Tanasbourne, OR, where he focuses entirely on the evaluation and treatment of patients with common vein disorders such as varicose veins, spider veins, venous leg ulcers and DVT as well as leg swelling from lymphedema. He completed his training and fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He went on to have a career in acute care, treating hospitalized patients. Working in Texas, he provided care for patients at Vein Clinics of America where he became very experienced in the diagnosis and management of venous disease. As a vein specialist and member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society, he leverages his extensive knowledge of vein disease to offer medical and cosmetic solutions to his patients. Dr. Salcedo aspires to compassionately provide his expertise in the prevention and treatment of venous insufficiency, varicose veins, spider veins, DVT and venous ulcers. He also seeks to provide relief from the heaviness, fatigue, pain, throbbing, swelling and itching that often accompanies vein disease.
