Brief Intro

Dr. Dale McElwee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri Columbia.  After graduating in 1964 he served over three years in the United States Army Medical Service Corps and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.  After serving in the army Dr. McElwee attended the UMKC School of Dentistry and graduated in 1972. Upon graduation Dr. McElwee moved to the Lake area where he the practice of dentistryand became the founding member of Lake Dental Clinic.  Along with Dr. Wallace built the present 10,000 square foot Lake Dental Clinic building in 1984. He is now co-owner with Dr. Connell  He has a great interest in all aspects of dentistry but is especially fond of his surgical practice. He is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association, the Greater Springfield Dental Society and attends continuing education courses throughout the year.  He resides in Camdenton with his wife Sara.
