Dr.Hoggan received his doctorate at the University of Oklahoma Dental School in 2000. He completed his orthodontic residency at St. Louis University and earned a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics in 2002. The recipient of numerous honors and awards, Dr. Hoggan graduated with distinction and was selected as the recipient of the Uchiyama-Truetzel Award for Orthodontics. Dr. Hoggan is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Assoctiation, the Utah Dental Association, and the Utah Association of Orthodontics. He has also conducted and authored original research in the field of orthodontics. Dr. Hoggan is a board certified orthodontist and member of The American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Hoggan is actively involved in developing and using the latest technologies--including developing custom orthodontic software for his patients and inventing numerous orthodontic appliances and product innovations. An avid snow and water skier, Dr. Hoggan's recreational interests also include golf, fly fishing, wake surfing and playing the drums.
