I grew up in New England with five brothers and one sister. I received my bachelor's degree from Gordon College and later my medical degree from Georgetown University. Next, I completed my pediatric internship and residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego and a sports medicine fellowship at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. I completed 12 years in the U.S. Navy as an undersea medical officer, pediatrician, and sports medicine physician with tours in San Diego; Groton, Connecticut; Portsmouth, New Hampshire; Puerto Rico; Camp Pendleton; and Quantico, Virginia. My work with Kaiser Permanente began in October 2008. I am truly enjoying my work here and look forward to many years to come.
