T. Randall (Randy) Blanchard, MD, FACS, joined Plastic Surgery Center of Hampton Roads in 1999. He is a fully trained plastic surgeon, having received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his general surgical training at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine. He then completed his plastic surgery training at the University of Tennessee and now practices as a local cosmetic surgeon. Williamsburg, Hampton Roads and surrounding-area patients appreciate his compassionate approach to patient care and deep knowledge of the intricacies of surgical procedures.
