About Our Practice: Our Specialty
New York Spine and Neurosurgery Associates is a true multi-disciplinary practice specializing in the treatment of spinal and nervous system disorders. The strength of a multidisciplinary group lies in the breath of experience of its individual members.
Patients of New York Spine and Neurosurgery have the opportunity to utilize the knowledge of four tenured Neurosurgeons and one Orthopedic Fellowship-Trained Spine Surgeon. This assures that the most complete, as well as the latest scientifically advanced techniques are available to treat each individual medical problem.
As a group, we frequently seek the opinions of our partners in making the most appropriate recommendations for each patients individualized treatment plan through regularly scheduled clinical conferences.
We are able to provide the most current conservative and surgical treatments for the care of spinal, brain and peripheral nerve conditions.
We are pleased to offer surgical services at both St. Peters Hospital in Albany and Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Initial out-patient evaluations will be performed as quickly as possible, generally within 72 hours. It is requested that patients bring a referral from their Primary Care Physician to the initial appointment, in addition to all X-Ray, MRI and CT studies.
