Thomas Okner, MD, FACS graduated with honors from New York Medical College and then completed a residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Manhattan Eye & Ear Institute in 1979. In 1984 he and his family relocated to St. Paul, MN. He has been an active member of the Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota medical staff since his arrival. His practice encompasses all aspects of general otolaryngology, including the care of chronic ear disease and chronic adenotonsillitis. Dr. Okner is presently the Senior Partner in the 10-physician group Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists. All of the partners are active members of the Children's Medical Staff.
