Dr. Thomas J. Beeson DDS Dr. Thomas J. Beeson, has been in private endodontic practice in Omaha with Dr. Pryor since 2006. In addition he is Associate Professor and Chairman of the Endodontic Department at Creighton University. He is an active member of the Omaha District Dental Society and the Nebraska Dental Association where he has presented lectures on various endodontic topics. On a national level he is a member of the American Association of Endondontists where he currently holds the position or Chairman of the Academic Affairs Committee. Tom graduated from Millard High School in 1976 and is a 1983 graduate of UNMC College of Dentistry in Lincoln. He entered active duty in the United States Air Force (USAF) in 1984 as a general dentist and in 1996 graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a certificate in Endodontics. He has been board certified in Endodontics since 1999. Tom retired from the USAF in 2006 after having served as the Chairman of the USAF Endodontics Graduate Program and as the Chief Military Consultant to the USAF Surgeon General for Endodontics. He is married to the former Lena Arell of Carmel, NY. They have three children: Joseph, John and Elizabeth. He and his family love the outdoors, are gardeners, hunters, and sports fans. When not participating in their own activities they support attend local Maverick, Husker and Bluejay sporting events.
