Dr. Brooks is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician. She puts an emphasis on holistic medicine and believes in treating all aspects of the person. Dr. Brooks studied at the University of Michigan and Michigan State College of Human Medicine. She completed her clinics in Rochester, Minnesota and is currently located in Grosse Pointe, Michigan . Mayo Clinic trained physician specializing in physical medicine with a focus on non-surgical intervention for pain and musculoskeletal disorders.We are an internal medicine practice offering a team approach to primary care services along with specialized diabetes management and management of thyroid disease under the guidance of a Mayo Clinic trained endocrinologist. We have 2 certified diabetic educators on staff as well as a cardiologist and a registered local pharmacist. We have worked to foster relationships with other speciality practices and community services, and offer alternative visit modalities. We provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on addressing the unique health needs of each patient.We are an ADA Education Certified facility that focuses on utilizing technology to our patient’s advantage.Our office is home to the Center for Preventive Medicine, Total Pain Physical Medicine, and Great Lakes Pain Management.
