Dr. Zhang earned her M.D. degree at Beijing Medical University in 1989. She then entered the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Cornell University. Dr. Zhang earned her Ph. D. in Pathology at the University of North Carolina in April of 1994, followed by work as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the same University. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at the University of Iowa prior to joining our group in July 2000. Dr. Zhang has a concentration in reproductive endocrinology (infertility) but also does general obstetrics and gynecology. She was board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2002.
