Su Wang received her M.D. at West China University of Medical Sciences in Chengdu, China, followed by post graduate training in Pathology at Beijing Medical University, where she accepted an Assistant Professorship. She completed her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and went on to serve a Residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She rounded out her training as Cytopathology Fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center, and served as Staff Pathologist with Brown and Associates in Houston, Texas, before coming to Providence. Her areas of focus include Cytopathology and Molecular Pathology.
