Dr. Spotts joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in November 1996, having practiced in Bismarck since 1986 with ENT Associates. Dr. Spotts received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at St. Mary's Methodist Hospital/Mayo Graduate School, Rochester, MN, and received maxillofacial surgical trauma training at the Hennepin County Trauma Center, Minneapolis, MN. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology, North Dakota Academy of Otolaryngology and Otorhinolaryngology, American Medical Association, and Sixth District Medical Society. He is a Fellow with the American College of Surgeons. Board-certified in Otolaryngology, Head, Neck and Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Spotts is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.
