Dr. Ham is board certified and is the Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Children's Hospital of Michigan. He is also the Schotanus Professor of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from University of Health Sciences, Kansas City. He completed his residencies in general Surgery at Mt. Clemens General Hospital, and neuroscurgery at Wayne State University and a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at Children?s Hospital of Michigan. He specializes in hydrocephalus, pediatric head injury and congenital spine disorders. Dr. Ham was named one of the area's "Top Docs" in 2007 and 2008 by Hour Detroit magazine. Dr. Ham is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
