Dr. Stephanie Barnes began her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona. Dr. Barnes completed her medical education at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center; her internship and general surgery residency at Tulane University. She completed her fellowship at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Barnes is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. She is affiliated with the American Medical Association, Louisiana State Medical Society, and American Society for Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
