I am a native Southern Californian who was born and grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member in Los Angeles. I became a physician because I wanted to make a positive change in people’s lives by treating and helping them understand their disease. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree from Revelle College at UC San Diego, I went to medical school in the Bronx, then moved right back to California. I have settled in our wonderful city, San Diego, and enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids.
