Dr. Walker grew up in Rose, New York. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. She continued on to Medical School at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and completed her residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Walker joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in January, 2009 and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She is currently a member of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Walker resides in Canandaigua with her three cats: Lancelot, Guinevere and Isabella. She enjoys going to the wineries for tastings with friends, working outside doing gardening and landscaping, swimming, bicycling, reading and Sudoku puzzles.
