Welcome to my Web page. I'm glad to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you.
Biography
I am a colorectal and general surgeon. I went to medical school in Tehran, Iran, did an internship in Germany, and finally immigrated to the United States to receive my surgical residency training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Then I did a fellowship in colorectal surgery at USC. I was blessed to have the opportunity to learn from experts in different countries, and I hope I can use my skills and knowledge to treat my patients.
About my practice
My practice includes both colorectal surgery and general surgery. I perform most surgeries of the colon, rectum, and anus, including surgery for cancer of the colon and rectum, laparoscopic surgery, hemorrhoid surgery, colonoscopy, and treatment of anal fistula, anal fissure, anal mass or cancer, and rectal prolapse. I also do general surgery procedures such as gall-bladder surgery and hernia repair.
How I thrive
Everyone deserves quality care. I try to give my patients the same care I would expect my family members to receive. I spend time addressing my patients’ concerns and try to educate them about their condition and treatment options.
