Dr. Shraddha Tongia completed her fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical care and Residency in Internal Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center ( Albert Einstein College Of Medicine). She completed her medical school at SMS Medical College, India. After finishing her fellowship she worked briefly in Monroe, GA before joining Athens Pulmonary in 2008. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary medicine, Critical care and Sleep medicine. She is a fellow of ACCP and is member of ATS and SCCM. She introduced dysphagia evaluation using FEESST to this practice as well at Athens Regional Medical center. She has active privileges at ARMC, St Mary's Hospital and Landmark Hospital. Her interests include Pulmonary diseases, Sleep medicine and bronchoscopy.
