Sheldon Berkowitz, MD has been a Pediatrician for over 25 years and has been in practice at Childrens Hospitals and Clinics since 2001. He is currently the Medical Director of the General Pediatrics Clinic in Minneapolis. Dr. Berkowitz went to medical school at the University of Colorado and completed his pediatric residency at Childrens Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He went into Pediatrics because he enjoys interacting with children and tries to make their visits to the clinic as enjoyable as possible. Dr. Berkowitz enjoys all aspects of primary care and is very interested in expanding the concepts of the Medical Home to all patients. He has a special interest in Bioethics and enjoys writing and lecturing on this subject.
