Sheila M. Coogan, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained minimally invasive vascular specialist. She’s also a professor in the Department of Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. Coogan has published numerous articles, chapters, and abstracts on vascular surgery. She has participated in nine research trials that have investigated the improvement of vascular surgery techniques and the use of new devices.
