Dr. Kim believes in lifetime learning. He constantly evaluates his own work critically to refine his expertise. He regularly attends educational meetings to stay current with the latest advances in plastic surgery. He incorporates new techniques into his own practice only after he evaluates their effectiveness and safety thoroughly. Dr. Kim is also passionate about teaching. As Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in Plastic Surgery at Stanford, he devotes many hours teaching young doctors in training.
