Dr. Weiss graduated from medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then completed his surgical residency at the prestigious Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Beth Israel, Dr. Weiss was trained in all aspects of forefoot/hindfoot reconstructive surgery as well as lower extremity limb deformity correction. Dr. Weiss is double board certified via the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery). He’s also on staff at the Stamford Hospital Wound Care Center and is certified in performing hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments for complex wound-healing cases.
