After entering into the medical profession in 1982, Dr. Sharma achieved a Bachelors in Science and Bachelors in Surgery in 1987. He worked in more than half a dozen hospitals in the Boston area in various specialties in medicine and allied health. During that time he also obtained Lambda Beta, the highest honor of excellence in respiratory care.
After completing his residency in Family Medicine at Dartmouth Medical Residency Program, he took on the challenge of establishing his own private practice.
Dr. Sharma has achieved the many successes including: received a Degree of Fellowship in American Academy of Family Medicine in June 2005, board certified in 1995 then re-certified in 2001 and 2008, Boston College, and University of Massachusetts in Worcester, Civil Surgeon, U.S. Dept. of Justice (Citizenship & Immigration Services) since 1998.
