Brief Intro

Dr. Fulp is interested in tropical medicine, international health, and caring for the underserved in the local community. These concerns have led him to take medical mission trips to Honduras and Nicaragua. Locally, he has volunteered at the Charlotte Community Health Clinic and the Community Refugee Clinic. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), the Mecklenburg County Medical Society (MCMS), the North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS), and the North Carolina Society for Gastroenterology (NCSG). When he’s not at work, Dr. Fulp enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have a son, daughter, granddaughter, and another granddaughter on the way. Dr. Fulp’s hobbies include reading, traveling, listening to music, cycling and running. He’s completed one full marathon, multiple half marathons, and is now learning to swim and play golf.
