Brief Intro

Next to being a husband and father of 2 beautiful girls ages 6 years and 7 months, Dr. Subramanian has no greater calling than that of being a physician. He chose to specialize in internal medicine because he loves the opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care to his patients. He loves developing long-term relationships. His services include: annual health exams and physicals, managing chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease and high cholesterol. He was born and raised in India, and earned his medical degree at JSS Medical College, University of Mysore in Mysore, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completion of medical training, he spent 13 years working as an internal medicine physician and teaching internal medicine residents at a hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
