Dr. Ryan M. Siwiec is a board certified orthopedic surgeon in metro-Detroit. He is fellowship trained in Arthroscopy/Sports Medicine from the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama. He treats pain and injuries of the shoulder, knee, elbow, hip and ankle. His expertise is in shoulder and knee tendon/ligament reconstruction and joint replacement. He treats athletes at the high school, collegiate, Olympic, and professional levels. Dr. Siwiec is a Clinical Professor at Michigan State University, has served as an Orthopedic Team Physician for Oakland University Athletics, and provides medical coverage for the US Ski and Snowboard Teams.
