Dr. Bustamante received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona in 1963. In 1968, he received his Doctorate of Medicine in General from the University of Colorado, Denver, Colorado.Dr. Bustamante completed his Pediatric residency in 1973 at the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine, Bernalillo County Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Pediatric Medicine. Dr. Bustamante was born in Tucson Arizona. He enjoys music, reading, hiking and gardening. Dr. Bustamante joined Sun Life in 2010 and welcomes new patients.
