Dr. Madere was born in Thibodaux, Louisiana. This is in Cajun country and explains his intense connection with the outdoors. Dr. Madere is married to the former Yvonne Becnel of Vacherie, Louisiana, and they have two children, Emily and Charles. Dr. Madere has been practicing and living on the northshore for over 25 years and is firmly entrenched in the community. Hobbies and Interests In addition to his orthodontic practice, Dr. Madere is an avid outdoorsman. When not at his office or a home Saints game, he is likely to be fishing in the coastal waters of his native state. He is a founding member and past president of the Northshore chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), an organization dedicated to conserving our coastal resources for future generations to enjoy. Dr. Madere and his family love to travel, with cruises being their favorite mode of travel.
