Roman Dziubyk DDS Dr. Dziubyk was born and raised in Chicago. He completed his undergraduate at UIC and then received his dental degree from Loyola School of Dentistry in 1991. Dr. Dziubyk has had a huge practice in Elmwood Park and Chicago and consolidated in Des Plaines since 1993. Dr. Dziubyk is a member of ADA, IDS, and CPS since 1991. Marc Miller DDS 1978 graduate of Northwestern Dental School, Chicago. Member of International Association of Orthodontic, American Ortho Association, Fellow Academy of Stress and Chronic Disease. Lectured in Treatment of TMJ Dysfunction. Extensive experience in all phases of cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. Married for 31 years and have 2 children.
